TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUCO WORLD AND ITS DEVELOPERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUCO WORLD, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

THIS APPLICATION IS A SCORE COUNTER FOR A CARD GAME. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPUTES, BETS, OR CONFLICTS THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN PLAYERS DURING ITS USE.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
